Treehouse educators hold a high regard for quality learning environments which allows the children to explore rich and authentic learning experiences to occur on a fulltime basis. 

The staff are dedicated professionals, we value high quality care and learning. The staff are continually developing and refining their professional practice.

Our educational programs are reflective of emergent programming and adhere to guidelines set by ACECQA, National Quality framework and the early year’s framework. Our programs reflect children’s interests and are implemented daily.

 Educators at the Tree House complete learning stories while observing the children and share these with parents and guardians upon completion. Partnerships with families provide us with invaluable information relating to cultural backgrounds and heritage.

Carers strive to achieve to build relationships with families based on cooperation and a mutual respect for the reciprocal roles that each other play in the lives of the child. Partnerships are developed with the family members and caregivers through newsletters, daily discussions and OWNA. We have an open-door policy in which we aim to facilitate an open flow of communication while maintaining confidentiality and respect of the privacy and wishes of each family, resulting in the highest levels of customer service. Partnerships with industry professionals assist staff with development and expansion of the curriculum to meet the individual needs and collective needs, based on cultural identity, additional support and medical needs which all require a greater level of understanding and support cooperative teams ensure all children facilitated in an inclusive environment as best as possible.
